Eligibility
The Mom Sent This 1,000 Followers Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The prize must be shipped to a valid U.S. shipping address.
Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published on the @momsentthis Instagram account and ends when the account reaches 1,000 Instagram followers.
Once Mom Sent This reaches 1,000 followers, entries will close and one winner will be selected from eligible entries.
Mom Sent This reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control affect the fairness or proper operation of the promotion.
How to Enter
To receive one entry:
Follow @momsentthis on Instagram.
Like the official giveaway post.
Comment on the official giveaway post and tag at least one friend.
Participants may receive additional entries by leaving additional comments tagging a different person in each comment.
Bonus Entry: Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @momsentthis so we can verify the share.
If your Instagram account is private and we cannot verify your Story share, you may send a screenshot of the Story share to @momsentthis via Instagram direct message before entries close.
No purchase is required.
Automated entries, fake accounts, spam accounts, bots, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive one personalized Mom Drop care package, currently valued at $69.99, with standard U.S. shipping included.
The winner may choose to have the Mom Drop created for themselves or for another person of their choice with a valid U.S. shipping address.
The winner will complete Mom Sent This's personalization questions so the box can be curated specifically for the recipient.
Products shown in Mom Sent This photos, videos, social media, or promotional materials are examples only. The exact contents of the winning box will vary based on the recipient's preferences, product availability, dietary information, and other personalization details.
The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the discretion of Mom Sent This.
Winner Selection
After @momsentthis reaches 1,000 Instagram followers, one eligible winner will be selected at random from qualifying entries.
The winner will be contacted only by the official @momsentthis Instagram account.
The winner will never be asked to provide a credit card number, banking information, or payment in order to claim the prize.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot provide a valid U.S. shipping address, Mom Sent This reserves the right to select another winner.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping for the prize is included.
Mom Sent This is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient and shipping information.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Mom Sent This will make reasonable efforts to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions provided by the winner. However, Mom Sent This cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free or free from cross-contamination.
Recipients with severe allergies should carefully review all manufacturer labels before consuming or using any product.
Publicity
By entering, participants acknowledge that if selected as the winner, their Instagram username and/or first name may be announced by Mom Sent This on its website or social media accounts, where permitted by law.
Any additional photos, videos, testimonials, or other content featuring the winner or recipient will only be used with appropriate permission.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mom Sent This and its representatives from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
