Mom Sent This creates personalized care packages for college students, international students, foreign exchange students and young adults living away from home.
You tell us about your person, choose your box and write your message. We curate, pack and ship the love. 📦💗
Do I have to be a mom to send a Mom Sent This box?
Not at all! 💗 “Mom” is a feeling around here.
Moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, family friends, host families, or anyone who wants to send a little love from home, is welcome to send a Mom Sent This box.
You don't have to be Mom. You just have to love them like one. 💗📦
Are the boxes really personalized?
Yes!
You'll tell us about their favorite snacks, interests, hobbies, preferences and things they don't like.
We use that information to help choose items specifically for them.
What's inside the boxes?
Every box is different!
Depending on the box you choose and your recipient's preferences, packages may include snacks, self-care products, useful everyday items, study supplies, accessories, fun finds and special surprises.
Part of the fun is not knowing exactly what's coming. ✨

Can I send just one box?
Absolutely.
Every box can be purchased as a one-time gift.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Choose the subscription option on any of our three boxes and save 10% while keeping the love coming every month.
Can I send a box to an international or foreign exchange student?
Absolutely. 🌎
As long as your recipient is currently living in the United States, you can place the order from anywhere.
We prepare and ship the package from within the U.S., so you don't have to mail an international package yourself.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet.
Currently, Mom Sent This packages are delivered to addresses within the United States.
We're hoping to send Mom even farther someday. 🌎💗
Can I send a box to a college dorm?
Yes!
Please make sure you enter the student's complete campus mailing address exactly as their school requires it.
Some colleges use a central mailroom or special student mailbox number, so it's always a good idea to confirm the address with your student or their school before ordering.
Is shipping really included?
Yes! 🙌
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is included in the price of your care package.
Because nobody likes getting to checkout and discovering another shipping charge. 😉
Can I include my own message?
Of course. 💌
You'll have a place to write a personal message when you customize the box.
Sweet, encouraging, funny or mildly embarrassing-you're in charge.
Can I add a gift card?
Yes!
You can add a gift card to select boxes and tell us where you'd like to treat them.
Available brands and denominations may vary.
What if they have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions in the personalization form before ordering.
We'll use that information when selecting products.
However, Mom Sent This cannot guarantee that products are manufactured, processed or packaged in allergen-free facilities. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should carefully consider whether a curated food-containing package is appropriate.
Can I tell you what NOT to send?

Can I choose every item in the box?
Not exactly-that would ruin the surprise! 😉

Will every monthly subscription box be different?
That's the plan! ✨
We'll mix up products, seasonal items and surprises so they aren't receiving the exact same package every month.
Can I change their preferences later?
Yes.
We know tastes change. If there's something new we should know about your recipient, contact us and we'll update their information for future boxes.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription according to our subscription terms.
Please cancel before your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for the next box.
Can I send Mom Sent This for a birthday or special occasion?
Absolutely! 🎂
Birthdays, finals, celebrations, homesick days, rough weeks, holidays or absolutely no reason at all.
Sometimes the best box is the one they weren't expecting.
Shipping & Subscriptions 📦
How long does it take for my box to ship?
Because every Mom Sent This box is personalized and packed especially for the recipient, please allow up to 2 weeks for one-time orders to be processed and shipped. You’ll receive tracking information once your box is on its way.
When do subscription boxes ship?
Monthly subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month.
What if I need to make a change to my subscription?
Need to update a shipping address, recipient preference, or other subscription information? Please email us with any changes by the 1st of the month.
Changes received after the 1st may not take effect until the following month.

Can I change the recipient’s preferences from month to month?
Absolutely! We know favorites change. Just email us with any updates by the 1st of the month, and we’ll do our best to incorporate them into that month’s box.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Mom Sent This ships to U.S. addresses only. However, international customers are absolutely welcome to order a box for a student or recipient currently living in the United States. 🌎💗
Is shipping included?
Yes! Standard U.S. shipping is included in the price of your Mom Sent This box. No surprise shipping charge at checkout. 📦
When will my box arrive?
Processing time and delivery time are separate. One-time orders may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and shipped, and subscription boxes ship by the 15th of each month.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your Mom Sent This box ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your little piece of home all the way to their door. 💗📦
