One-Time Orders

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. You’ll receive tracking information once your box is on its way.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month.

Need to update a recipient’s preferences, shipping address, or other subscription details? Please email us with any changes by the 1st of the month to ensure they can be applied to that month’s box.

Changes received after the 1st may not take effect until the following month.

At this time, Mom Sent This ships to U.S. addresses only. International customers are absolutely welcome to order for students and recipients currently living in the United States. 🌎💗
