Subscription Terms 💗📦

By purchasing a Mom Sent This subscription, you agree to the following:

Monthly Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged once per month at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal, plus any applicable taxes.

Shipping
Subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the subscription price.

Recipient or Preference Changes
Changes to the recipient’s shipping address, preferences, likes, dislikes, or other personalization information must be submitted by the 1st of the month. Changes received after the 1st may not take effect until the following month.

Until online subscription management is available, please email all changes to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS].

Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellation requests must be received before your next scheduled renewal date.

Once a subscription payment has been processed and we have begun purchasing or preparing items for that month’s personalized box, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Skipping a Month
If you need to skip an upcoming box, please contact us before the 1st of the month. Requests received after the 1st may not be able to be accommodated.

Gift Card Add-Ons
Gift card add-ons are currently available with one-time box purchases only and cannot be added to subscription boxes.

U.S. Shipping Only
Mom Sent This currently ships to U.S. addresses only. International customers are welcome to purchase subscriptions for recipients who are living in the United States. 🌎

Personalization
Each Mom Sent This box is individually curated based on the information provided about the recipient. Specific products, brands, colors, flavors, or items are not guaranteed and may vary from month to month based on availability.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences
Please provide any known food allergies or dietary preferences when completing the recipient information. While we will use this information when curating the box, Mom Sent This cannot guarantee that products are manufactured or packaged in allergen-free facilities. Customers and recipients should always review individual product labels before consuming an item.

Damaged or Missing Items
If a box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Mom Sent This to automatically charge your payment method each month until the subscription is canceled.
